Mini backpacks

Anyone who has a diabetic child knows that they can't leave home unprepared!  I was getting tired of carrying a huge backpack for my son's emergency snacks and meter, so I made him a mini backpack so that he can carry it himself.  Surprisingly, he loved it and was excited to wear it.  He even told all of his friends that his mom made it for him!  Then my non diabetic son of course wanted one too.  So he picked out his color and design and I made one for him too.  They are the perfect size for a glucose meter, small juice box, crackers, glucagon, insulin, and syringes too.  It is also made of nylon thread, so it is durable to hold up to any 6 year old boy!
They come in lots of colors and can be decorated to suit a boy or a girl.  I have had adults admire them to use as a small purse, just need to make the straps a little longer.
When buying one, specify color and email me at connie.astacio@gmail.com
with questions and specific decoration choice such as bugs, flip flops, peace signs, flowers, cars, trucks, etc.
They are $30.00 plus shipping, remember 50% goes to support a cure for Diabetes!
